A great thing about Nova Scotia for me is family — family I usually only see once a year in the summertime at the cottage. My family have cottages congregated together in a small area on the Northumberland Strait, and summer is when we get to see one another again. It’s quite special.
Here’s my cousin Jack (below) belting out a John Prine song last evening, as he sits on the deck I helped his brother, Vincent (shown above), build earlier the same day.
